LIMEWIRE media player help

hey im new to this site, and im just wondering about the media player that is in the Limewire window at the bottom right. how do you like rewind or fastforward during a song? its really annoying when i want to hear just one part like at the end of the song, and i have to wait through the whole song. can anybody get me some answers?
