In the limewire program I clicked the TOOLS tab then I went to Options and tried to setup the connection speed and what files I wanted to share and upload slots and stuff, but when I close the window down and check on it seconds later, it does not show up like how I had changed it. Why? is there suppose to be an OK button that I'm suppose to click or a SAVE SETUP button? but there is none. anyone had this problem before please help.

Once in a while this happens to the odd person. Yes there should be an Apply & OK buttons, both of which you shuld press when you change any settings. See this: Hidden prefs buttons
