I am running an AMD 1.4 w/256m DDR, an Nvidea (sp?) 32meg video, Windows Me, Windows media player & cable access. I have downloaded 4 avi files, 1 small (2.5m) and three larger (75-115m). The smaller one had a picture but the three larger ones had sound only. Any ideas? Not much sense taking the time if I'm only going to have sound and no picture.

Sounds like you need a divx codec installed to watch the videos. I forgot where to download it. Look for Divx Alpha 3.1. Can anyone give this guy a good link? Thanks. :-)
