Incomplete folder

When I open limewire program...and look in library's/incomplete folder there is nothing there. However, when I go to limewire in my programs and look in incomplete folder I see files that have a T in front of them. I want to resume these downloads. I used to be able to do it when I opened the limewire program. Now it shows nothing in there to resume.

Can anyone help please ?
