My antispyware program(Microsoft Antispy) found a known Adware bundler(Grokster) associated with the Limewire registry entries. It says this Grokster is not to be trusted. Will Limewire work properly if I remove those registry keys? Will my system be harmed if I do nothing?

Absolutely not! You mean you have so much confidence in everything M$ does?
Please search the forum for the keyword Grokster. Search results here! LW has no spyware!!! By the way several new M$ errors were found out here: HERE (click on link) You should add these to your list of errors & mistakes Microsoft Antispy makes.
