When I try to download PRO, I fill out the form with all my details and choose my country. Then when I press to securely send my personal info, it tells me to select my country, when I already have! I've tried a million times and it won't work! Please help!

Hmmm not sure, but same thing happened to me. I tried several times, and couldn't figure it out. Then I looked one line above from country. And to my surprise another box had appeared and asked for county or state. It wouldn't accpept it until I filled it in.
