 lizziebrad: Try these 2 addresses: service@limewire.com or feedback@limewire.com These addresses only apply to pro users but also to those already paid at the official LW site. Every once in a while someone has some issue with the stage you're at but it ends up being fixed. Try mailing them again thu the above addresses. By the way, after paying it takes up to 24 hours before receiving an email from customer support for a link to your personal downld page for pro.
