Ite heres the problem. For the last couple of weeks when im downloading music all of a sudden it disconnects an when it is connected its goin alot slower then usuall. I think theres a problem with my connection or something but i have dsl. plus my computer is been goin very slow for the past couple of weeks. Can someone help. Is it because i have a lot of music on ym computer i have like 1500 songs. Please Help

also when im on AIM (Aol Instant Messanger) It says connection lost.

Have you done a HDD clean up and defrag??

Have you installed any new programs over the last few weeks before this problem started??

How full is your HDD?? A full HDD has a tendency to run slower.

How old is your setup?? I personally fdisk, reformat & reinstall at least once a year. Yes this is with XP, too. I think of it as changing the oil. Saved files go to my 120 GB HDD Slave. My main HDD is only 80 GB for easier handling.

You could also have alot of spyware running on your computer
