after 100% d/l of a song, in the status column I get "could not move to library", what does this mean? Also,if cleared by the "clear inactive " button, where in my computer does it go or is it just deleted?

It means that all those that are not active are removed from your downld window. But there will still be incomplete files of them. So you could force resume them.
Could not move to library was a bug that was common in LW 4.2.x IF that's your version then you should update. Otherwise go to Tools>Options>Saving & press the default button & apply. |
