After a format I went to download the limewire pro application. The site tells me that my email is not a valid registered user. I look at my credit card receipt and wonder why Limewire support has not answered my email regarding this. Anyone out there know what you do when you have no supposed registered email for pro, but have the receipt ? I'm getting annoyed now

Try HERE (click on link) & try to remember your correct email. If you get in, bookmark your personal downld page. Originally you would've been sent an email from customer support with a link to your personal downld page so I'm sure you still have it right! You only paid $18.80 for it right?

Yup. I'll try the link, but if its the one on limewires site then it won't do any good. I would like someone from the company to respond to my email. Or someone tell me where I submit my evidence of owning a copy.

LW Pro offers free updates for up to 6 months. After that time your name will disappear from the pro database (to my understanding.) Contact here: [email protected]

Interesting. Limewire peepz emailed me back giving me my link. Now I can put my email address in and it gives me the correct page. Interesting.
