Takeover,

Do you have any 765.5Mb or 399.0Mb files in your shared directory?

If so you are infested and have at least the 'W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.h’ and tons of intrusions (like Wintool and 1800search,) that would drive your spyware app' up a wall...
