m just lost
i downloaded the basic version yesterday just to try it out. it was working perfectly until the power went out because of a lightening storm. the power came on after 1min. all programs on my comp are running smoothly but only limewire wont load up. i tried uninstalling and installing it again. it installs fully but it still won't load up. any help will be much appreciated. thanks.

Re-install Java. Go to Add/Remove programs control panel & remove Java. Then downld Java & save it to your computer (DON'T install over the net!!!) Then install it. Also delete your LW preferences folder. Instructions & link to Java can be found here: Fixes for Limewire
