Could be a lot of things. What does ur computer do when u try to open the file?

Usually when i have problems with videos, it is because i do not have the codec it wants. If you are using windows media player, it should tell you if this is the problem. Check out the error details to figure out which codec you need. Codecs are pretty easy to find and download. Just google it =)
