please help

I have over 400 files downloaded on my current computer and recently bought a laptop. Now, is there any way of taking the files on my current computer and putting them onto my laptop other than downloading them all again

I would suggest the easiest way is to burn them to a CD as .mp3 files and then transfer them to your other PC
