It keeps comming up

Hey. Been having loads of probelms with PC lately and this is just a small one I hope one of you can solve.

LimeWire keeps starting up by itself, randomly... So I'll have been on PC for 5/10 mins and it just comes on.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this? Thanks.
