Unauthorized charge
I recently subscribed to LW with the movie upgrade and noticed I was also charged seperately for pro which I never asked for. I also cannot download it or even access the pro site with any questions. It has been 3 days since I did this and I'm getting nowhere with anyone. Why was I charged for it in the first place? I keep getting notices asking if I want it and now it seems I've paid for something unauthorized and useless at this point. HELP!
