Default Billing information
I have been searching for a link to non-technical customer support or billing but I am unable to find one for Basic users. I really do need to speak to someone in billing. What do I do?

I don't think there is any billing support for LimeWire Basic users since LimeWire basic is free.

If you paid anything for it, you were tricked and whoever has your money, it is not LimeWire.
