hey guys i just got an mp3 player for my 16th birthdayy...it came with a cd to put in the cd-rom drive for windows 98 users onlyy..but i have windows 2k. it says that all i need to do is plug in the mp3 player and the files start transferring automatically. WHICH DOES NOT WORK...i've been trying to use this for 2 weeks noww and i am extremely frustratedd... the user manual has all this computer language i don't understand..soo pleeeeeease helpp meeeee

The CD if only for Windows 98?? You must be confused, are you sure it doesn't say it's for Windows 98 and higher??
Re-read the instruction manual...
