I signed up for Limewire a year ago for a 2 year payment. When I wanted to download music I could print out the name of the artist I wanted songs from. ie: I could print Frank Sinatra and get a full list of his songs that were available. I have not downloaded in several months and now when I try to get anything I am limited to just a few songs from artists I do not want. I have been bombarded with requests to upgrade but I was satisfied with what I purchased. There is no way for me to list whose songs I am interested in. I now see that Limewire basic is free even though I paid for it. Pro is something new and it looks like Limewire wants to shortchange me since I will not pay additional over what I did pay. Limewire Pro is actually cheaper than what I paid to start with so they should upgrasde me to Pro for free. Unfortunately this company does not provide any telephone numbers you can call with a problem. Is this whole thing a rip off of previous customers?
