I don't quite understand what you mean but you could try the FAQ which covers associating files, that may help- see Section 4.

 , , hi i love you all. could you tell me how to upgrade to 1.7 instead of down loading the whole programme. I could not find any feature to tell me how to upgrade. Thanks.beninasailor

I've been here a while and never seen any mention of upgrades.
It's always "Get the new sooper dooper version" So we go do that little thing.
