 Hi, LimeWire is free, it only nags you, when you don't pay, but nothing more. OK, one thing: The free version has only 3 UP connections and doesn't download as aggressively as the Pro version, but it is fully functional and doesn't contain any scam (as far as I know). LW is open source and GPL, making it to full of scam would result in someone else compiling it without scam, and that would be completely legal.
