Dont know what happend,but I pulled up limewire and went to my library and some how my wife accedently deleted all my files
.Where do the files go when they get deleted?they have to be somewhere?Thanks for any help you can give.(all my music is gone please help)

try the Recycling Bin on your desktop

Check the recycle bin only if the files were deleted in Windows Explorer. If they were deleted while in LimeWire then I'm sorry to say this, but they are gone for good. I accidentally did that when I first installed LimeWire.

Hi Barabbas
if Your using Windows xp u Might be able to get them back by using a file undelete program, which searches your hard drive for deleted files if not you could try system restore to a time before the files were deleted and if you haven't turned of restore for that drive it will restore them. It doesn't affect personnel files aded to the computer in the meantime. If you want the undelete program search for this file Restore Deleted Files2514.zip Then unpack it and and just run it, it doesn't require installation You will have to restore them to diffrent location Hope this Helps Sgt |
