My computer recently suffered a near death experience and I had to do a total restore. I don't remember my account info and can't download Limewire Pro. Any suggestions?

If you downloaded Pro from LimeWire's official site within the last 6 months (and didn't get scammed by one of the lookalike sites), you can get your Pro page back just by using the email address used to get Pro.

Well, I entered every e-mail that I have but it kept telling me that it was incorrect. I purchased LimeWire past 6 months or not much more than that. Isn't there a "forgot your password" link?

Hmm--The email address isn't working for me either (I just tested), so I'll try to find out what is happening.

btw--most people who have can't get their email recognized think they bought Pro, but were really just using the free one the scammers are selling as Pro.

So, in the meantime, just use the Free (it's almost as good) or just renew your Pro since the 6 months are probably expired.
