totally bemused.

I have purchase the upgrade to pro and have recieved the acknowledgement email.. However I cannot ask how to tell anybody on the pro forum or chat site that I have a problem. BECAUSE the problem is it will not recognise my email address even tho it is the one on the membership confirmation email. (catch 22). any body know how I contact em otherwise.
