 bitrate and write speeds My sister and I dont understand what the bit rate is and where it should be set. If anyone can help us with our understanding it would be greatly appreciated. Also, why does my music skip or drag when I play it back, is it the download itself or my computer or maybe even the program I use for playback?  |
