Hi,

I notice when I look in my library that some file entries are in red and others in black. What is the significance of this. Are the red ones not possible to download.

I imagine you mean the files in your incomplete folder. ..... you are right. Extra files appear if you preview an incomplete download and often have a title T followed by a number. These will remain, I think, even after the downoad is complete. These preview files are always in red, and need to be deleted manually.
Ocasionally other files turn red ... not always sure why,

A vaguely related word of warning. NEVER Delete files from your shared folders ...only remove these from share ...
