computer slows down after loading limewire
Every time I load Limewire, my computer slows down. It stays that way even after I close the program and make sure that I am disconnected from the internet.
The only way to speed it back up is to reboot the computer. I have a Sony Viao running 1.7MH with Windows MX. Any ideas why?

what in the hell is windows MX?
and what do you mean with slow down? like loading times get higher or what? please explain exactly what you experience maybe i can help you then.

He means Window Media Center Edition, i think.
The reason why your computer slowing down cuz of Java. Java tend to be a resource hogger. How much of ram do you have? on your sony

ahh, he's right there, java is a recource hogger and if you also tend to run Norton Internet Security, then your screwed totally if you don't have a **** load of ram.
anyways didn't know MX was media center  huh huh
