On July 1, 2005 I paid $18.88 thru paypal, for Limewire Pro memebership to be able to download at faster speed. I have not able to sign in thru Lime-Wire to re-download or update after initial download since it did not save on my computer. I thought may be I have done something wrong. On October 24 I attempted downloading the pro again, same result. Now I have been charged twice for 18.88 and still am not in the Limewire Pro member list, and system can not find me. Please help me resolve this issue and get a refund for being charged twice and still not having any higher download speeds. Frankly I do not see any difference between Pro and basic???
