new membership
In the last 30 minutes I have downloaded the lifetime member ship for $49.95, only to be told the very first time that I go into the program that version 4.10 is now available. What gives? I would think that as a new member I would be given the latest and greatest and not asked to immediately upgrade for another fee. Makes me wonder about the ethics of the developers.

you got scamed nuthing new its only Get PRO for a single payment of only $18.88

As jay173 said, you've been scammed. You need to get onto your CC company & have them cancel the transaction.
