thankq so much, i can stop worrying that sumthing weird is goin on

would any1 happen 2 have any idea on why i cant get a decent connection speed, last night it was 100 kB/s now i it wont go over 15!!!!!!! (and no i havent used up my download amout)

advice is greatly appriciated.
