 Thanks for the advice. I've looked at the 2 threads you listed to help me, unfortunately I'm one of the newbies who doesn't know what he paid for, didn't copy the terms and don't even know how to contact the company !!! Boy, have I learned a lesson, even the kids are laughing at me (until I tell them it's coming out of their allowance !)  |
