CAN ANYONE HELP ME !!!!!!

Please can someone help. every time I try to log on to Limewire PRO an error report appears telling me that one or more necessary appear to be invalid and to try downloading and reinstalling again. BUT, how can I do this if the support link on the limewire website wont recognise my registered email addy. I am sure not paying another subscription to limewire for the Pro version of their software.

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WITH A SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
