not sure what version of Nero 6 you have exactly, but try downloading all the updates for it here: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/Downloads.html

just make sure to uncheck the Yahoo! toolbar 'option'...I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want this 'added feature' on my machine...
