 Need help from someone at Limewire I puchased Pro last week and it loaded fine, My hard drive crashed over the weekend, I got it all restored and it's working fine now, the problem I have now is that when I return to Limewire to download PRO again it asks for my email address, I put it in there and it says it's incorrect, not sure what to do, can someone help please? I can proove I paid for it.  |

| When you purchased pro, you would have been sent an email from customer support with a link to your own personal pro downld page. Just use that one again. It's a good idea to bookmark the page. If that's not how you got your last version, then you didn't get pro. See Membership? - *WARNING * - Download p2p Clients ONLY Thru Official Sites just to be sure. Who did you send the money for pro to? There's only one place to do it. Check your C/C details.

| That's the problem, I don't have any email, I'm not sure why I didn't get it or what email it was sent to, I can call American Express and get the payment status. |

| When you purchase pro, it asks for an email address. You mean you don't have any email account (or you just didn't receive a response)? Yes, check your card account details. That will help to sort this out. Find out who it was billed from.
