Unknown Folder Popped Up in Library

For some strange reason there is a folder that says "Individually Shared Files" folder or something in my library. I don't know how it got there or what to do to remove it. Could someone shed some light on this situation for me please.

I found this thread that might shed some light on the subject: Shared/Individually Shared
