Imagine my surprise to hear this. I bought Limewire Pro several months ago for $18.95. They posted a bill for $52.00 to my bank for other software that I never ordered nor did I ever receive it. Call your bank and dispute the charge. I did and got my money back.

Now they tell me that a new version is out. Version 4.1.xxx. The version I got when I bought it is version 4.9.xxx. How can version 4.1 be a newer one than 4.9?? I don't think anyone there knows what's going on in their own company. I'll never buy anything from this bunch again. I think 360 Share is a much better program but it's an exact duplicate of Limewire.

I don't think you are in the position to give advice because it is obvious to those who know that you got your LimeWire via a scam site.

The Limewire org only sells LimeWire, at http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml, and nothing else for $18.88. So you, dear Jack, have gone and got yourself ripped off by going to scam site that specialises in ripping off the unwary.

By the way, the latest version of Limewire is 4.10, which you would have known had you used the official web-site, i.e http://www.limewire.com/english/content/home.shtml.
