Ive just checked my bank statements and i paid an amount of £42.96 on the 10th Aug

It is described as unlimted download to a company called laval

any ideas?????

As you've been told in your other post, you have been conned out of your money by a scam site which has been set up to part the gullible and naive from their money.

As so much time as past before you realised this it is unlikely that the bank (and certainly not the scam site) will refund your money. Everything that the scam site offered you was either a lie or does not exist, for example:

Unlimited downloads – no one can offer unlimited downloads to films, music or games for a one off cost, the copyright owners would not allow it.

Membership – Any membership on offer is non-existent

24/7 User support – Again, non-existent, either they cannot be contacted or you get a URL to this forum which is purely supported by volunteers and have nothing to do with scam sites.

You may try to get your money back via your bank but your best bet is to put this unfortunate episode down to experience and vow never to get caught by these fraudsters ever again.
