ok I am kinda new to all this stuff.
Can someone tell me what it means when a file has a "license" please? |

It means that the file you're wanting to download might be copyright. So the question is whether you have purchased a license to downld it. If you do downld it anyway, then you do it at your own risk. See the options here License requirement (click on link)
