paid for limewira pro but didn't receive it

On January 4 i tried to purchase Limewire PRO using a gift card, and was informed that it wouldn't work when i tried to purchase it online. Unbeknown to me it did work, the purchase came off the balance of the gift card, nut there wasn't an e-mail sent to me or a download of the required files to upgrade me to Limewire PRO. Could you please let me know if i got screwed for the $18.88 that was debiteed my gift card or if i can receive the program that was paid for, i really would like to upgrade my service. E-mail me with a return e-mail account and i will forward the gift card number that paid for the sevice as well as a copy of the invoice for the card. Thank you very much.
