Pro Limewire

I have paid Limewire over a week ago through Paypal, have proof of payment to upgrade to pro, still not received an email can anyone please advise ?

The first thing that comes to mind is, did you check your bulk mail folder? I received my e-mail seconds after payment, and I was taken to the LW Pro section - at least I think. It's been a while and my memory is less than perfect

Thanks for reply. Yes checked nothing there. I have it on Paypal that I paid, but when I email the address that the payment went to, I get an automatic reply which is of no help. Do you know who I could contact ? Thanks for advice
