took my money and still no service
 

i paid for limewire pro last night from limewire.com and it said that my cc wsa declined but when i went online to check my ank statement it showed that 18.00 had been taken out for limewire i want to know how to get my money back or to get my pro service...there is no way to contact limewire unless you are a pro customer and its still saying that im not

ok sorry about the double posting...and it was 18.88 when i first posted i couldnt remember the exact amount all i knew is that it was around 18.00 but i have sent her a personal message and hopefully she will get back to me a.s.a.p I love regular limewire and hope to be enjoying pro soon...:) :D

I have the same problem, paid the money for limewire pro, no pro, no e-mail from limewire, no way of contacting anyone except this way, who exactly did you contact and were you successful, I would be grateful if you reply, Thank You.

I wanted to know if there is any other way to get a hold of someone about the Pro version. I paid for a lifetime membership, plus Pro and all I have is the basic. I checked my billing statement and I have been charged for both.

lifetime membership = you've been scammed matey!
