It's probably a virus. See these two threads:
LimeWire continually Popping up every few seconds & also Opening at System Startup, WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! If you have trouble getting rid of it go to NorbiesWorld (click on link) >> Viruses, Trojans, Spyware etc & All Other Computer Help!
