 The only reason I can come up with is that it doesn't support the cd-r or cd-rw type of disk that you are using, which BTW I thought was a problem of the past you should try using another type of disk and burning at very low speed before throwing it in the garbage though. There are a few of these new players that don't read cd-rw well but will read cd-r  |
