I purchased a 2 year subscription to limewire in september, and my computer has since crashed. Now I can't get any help from limewire pro because it doesn't recognize my email address. I have sent multiple emails to the address that sent me a confirmation of my subscription order, but no one will respond. I am frustrated because I paid for the service, and can't use it. Any ideas on who I can contact??

It sounds like you were scammed. There's no 2 year subscription, LW pro costs US$18.88 for 6 months or updates & email support. LW basic is free. The only place to get LW is www.limewire.com

Have a look at the sticky at the top of this page "Membership*Warning etc...it has lots of info. Even though you purchased your scam version a while ago, try reporting it to your CC company. They probably have a department that deals with scams/fraud.
