 Hi saloncuts, That's right, there's a no refund policy. This is because the basic version is available for free & so no-one is under any pressure to buy Pro. This isn't posted on the forum as such (maybe it should be) but it's in the user guide, see here http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...q.shtml#lwpro6 There's no phone support. Pro gives you email support only. Btw, did your kids get the official version from www.limewire.com ?? If they bought a scam version from somewhere else, then you might be able to get your money back.   |
