When you are looking for tracks to download there is a word next to the listings saying "Lice"

I would guess it's short for license. you can right-click on the column and remove the tick next to it, then it should disappear.

Also go to:

tools<options<searching<basic and make sure that there is no tick in (show license warning) if you don't want to get notices about license

What does the license column do? I have serched and nothing has appeared even in long lists.
