I paid for limewire pro, but did not recieve the confirmation email or software insatllation, what do i do, and how do i contact limewire for support as my email addresse is not regognised???

I paid £11.10p on the 16th of march, debited from my account via paypal and now I cant get in touch with limewire, so very frustrating!!
