| Actually I just tried it out. After downlding the skin(s), you can place them wherever. I put them into C:\Program files\VLC\Skins Then after opening VLC, you'll need to go to the main menu bar, Settings -> Switch Interface & select Skins2. Once that is loaded, use the control+s command & it will ask you to locate a skin to load. |
