I don't know about the cash card. You can buy it by sending a money order through the mail though it costs more US$25.50 compared to US$18.88 by credit card.. I don't know how long it would take, but once they get it they will send you an e-mail with a link to your personal download page where you could d/l the Pro version. Hope this helps.
