You can get zone alarm it is free but remember to configure it for LimeWire. And yes I do Like Norton's but it uses more memory but if you have plenty it is godd too.

Ok Grandpa all installed...Btw I did get a window come up saying something about Zone Alarm not being compatible with Avast, I just clicked the No button as it was suggesting disabling something in the zone alarm...I have allowed LW through and MSN and my emails...
Let me know if you think I've done something wrong...
